At WowCodes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All software and code sold on our platform are digital products and are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• The product is significantly different from its description.
• The file is corrupt or incomplete, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.

• Duplicate payment was made by mistake.

   

3. Non-refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer's remorse.
• Customization requests or setup failures due to third-party hosting issues.
• Products that were downloaded and used.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@wowcodes.in with your order ID and reason.

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are at the discretion of WowCodes. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
